The game includes themes like drug abuse, Sexual abuse, insanity, lots of gore, animated scenes of gory self harm, and even a scene where Issac hangs himself. It has no end to the fun you will have playing it and is a challenge no matter how much you beat it. Overall, age recommendation is 16+, 11+ will suffice for playtrough in your free time (this information has been proven with experience from a 9, 11, 13, 14, 16 and a 19 year old)įirst, let me say that this is one of my favorite games ever.
